Here at Busuanga Bay Lodge we pride ourselves in bringing the most beautiful organic ingredients straight from nature to your plate. Not only do we receive the freshest produce, in addition we support the local Busuanga community. We grow our own produce in a 50 mile radius of the resort to ensure the best quality salads, vegetables, and herbs. Local fishermen arrive at the dock regularly to deliver the freshest fish to the resort. We receive fresh lobster, crabs, grouper, mackerel, yellow fin tuna, and more! Ask your waitress / waiter for our Catch of the Day! At Busuanga Bay Lodge wChefs are trained international and we bake our own breads.
